Cardio - running, classes, the elliptical, anything that burns calories

How's your energy most days? *

Wired but tired, running on caffeine and adrenaline

Fine until about 3pm, then I crash hard

Inconsistent, depends entirely on how "good" I was that day

Honestly not sure anymore, I've stopped paying attention to it

What does "starting over" usually look like for you? *

A brand new plan, program, or app

I don't really stop, I just quietly get stricter for a while

I wait for Monday, a trip to end, or a "less busy" season

I research for days before doing anything and then end up not doing anything

When you have a great week of consistency, what usually breaks the streak? *

I get "too busy" and food/training are the first things to go

A work trip, event, or unexpected life curveball

I get bored or stop seeing results, so I switch things up

Nothing breaks it, I just never really started in the first place

How would your closest friend describe your approach to health? *

"She's all or nothing"

"She works SO hard but it doesn't add up"

"She knows everything but is stuck in analysis mode"

"She's go-go-go and probably forgets to eat"

Which of these sounds the most like you RIGHT NOW? *

I eat very little most of the day, then crash and overeat at night but I genuinely don't think I'm eating that much overall.

I do great for a week or two and then a trip, deadline, or stressful week completely derails me, and I have to start from scratch.

I work out hard and consistently, but my body isn't changing the way I expect it to given the effort I'm putting in.

I've read/listened to so much that I genuinely don't know what's 'right' anymore so I either do nothing or jump between approaches.
