Structured Training
We believe that real progress comes from a plan that evolves with you. That’s why our program is built around three phases: Reset, Build, and Confidence. You’ll start by focusing on movement, mobility, and consistency, then move into building strength and muscle, and finally finish with performance, intensity, and confidence in your abilities. Workouts are available for any setup, whether you have a full gym, limited equipment, or no equipment at all.

Goal-Tracking
We track your goals consistently so you always know what you’re working toward, why it matters, and how you’re progressing. It turns vague effort into clear direction by helping you adjust in real time, stay accountable, and actually see your growth beyond the scale. Progress feels a lot more motivating when you can track it.

Gain & Sustain follows a structured, phased approach that combines strategic training, habit-building, mindset work, and accountability. Each phase focuses on a different priority (resetting, building, or performing) so you’re not just working out, but learning how to train, recover, and stay consistent in a way that fits real life and supports long-term results.
Most members train 3–5 days per week. The program is designed to be flexible and realistic, so you can stay consistent even when life gets busy.
Yes. Training evolves intentionally throughout the year to match your body’s needs - improving movement and recovery, building strength and muscle, and eventually focusing on performance and confidence.
Nutrition guidance and education are included to help you fuel your training and build sustainable habits. Custom nutrition plans are offered separately and can be paired with group coaching for a more personalized approach.
You’ll receive structured programming, goal tracking, and ongoing guidance from the Cmorrfitness team, plus community support inside the group. Members also have 24/6 access to message their coach with questions, form checks, or feedback so you’re never left guessing or going it alone.
